Construction
- Copper Conductor: Electrolytic cathode grade, 99.97% purity, drawn from 8 mm wire rod
- Conductor Sizes:
Standard: Single solid conductor in 0.4 mm and 0.7 mm
On request: Single solid conductor in 0.6 mm and 0.9 mm
- Insulation: Special grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), single-colour pressure extrusion
- Sheath: Flame-retardant (FR) PVC compound, manufactured from virgin-grade PVC resin
- Rip Cord: Nylon for easy stripping
- Pairing: Two or four twisted pairs of insulated copper wires
